[caption id="attachment_669" align="alignright" width="246" caption="SearchOhio logo"]SearchOhio logo[/caption] Now, in addition to OhioLINK, Wittenberg students, faculty and staff have access to SearchOhio. SearchOhio is a group of public libraries in Ohio with a combined catalog. Recently they have made their catalog and holdings available to OhioLINK Members. In return the SearchOhio libraries also have access to OhioLINK materials. Much like OhioLINK, SearchOhio makes use of a searchable, shared catalog through which books can be borrowed or lent easily. To access the collection, you can go directly to the SearchOhio Catalog or if you are already searching in the OhioLINK Library Catalog you can click on the SearchOhio icon to repeat your search in the SearchOhio Catalog. Once you have identified an item you would like to request, click on "Request this title." When prompted, select Wittenberg U as your affiliate library. Then use your name and your Wittenberg barcode number on the back of your ID card to complete your request. You will be notified via email when your requested item is available at the circulation desk. SearchOhio books, audio books and music circulate for 21 days and can be renewed 3 times. DVDs can also be borrowed through SearchOhio; they circulate for 7 days and can also be renewed 3 times.
