Library Student Advisory Board

Information about the Library Student Advisory Board (LSAB)

Membership

The board consists of four to eight current Wittenberg students, at least one of which will be recommended by Student Senate.

Service as a board member is open to all current students. We value diversity on the board and we aspire to include students representing a variety of academic colleges, identities, and populations such as transfer, international, or first-generation students. If more than eight students apply, the Library Director can choose to expand membership or consult with Student Senate to determine membership.

Terms of service are one year, but student representatives are encouraged to continue board membership for repeating terms for continuity.

Meetings are held three times during the academic year: once in Fall Semester, once at the beginning of Spring Semester, and once at the end of Spring Semester.

If you are interested in becoming a member, attending a Student Advisory Board meeting, or suggesting an issue for a LSAB agenda, please contact the library director.
