When you can’t come to the library, or prefer to work remotely, there are many ways we can provide you with help and services!

• Be sure to login when searching our catalog
• You can chat or email with us to get help even when you can't come in. If you need more in-depth help, we can set up a virtual appointment.

Whether you are on or off- campus, you should log in to your account when using the library's search tools. This will ensure you get access to the full range of databases, will be able to save articles, and request OhioLINK materials. 

To login, click "Sign in" on the top right of the screen, or in the yellow box under the search:

You no longer need to login with your library barcode number. Wittenberg affiliated users login to our catalog with your Witt email and password to:

• Access your library account to renew books online and see what you have checked out
• Access databases from off-campus
• Request books through OhioLINK and SearchOhio

If you find you need your library barcode number, you can find it:

1. On the back of your Witt ID. It's a 14 digit number that begins with 251 in tiny scrunched up numbers under the barcode.
2. Log into Self Service and click on your username on the top right of the screen, then select "User Profile". You will see a barcode with your library barcode number underneath.
